“D, J and A” - We hope you are doing well. It's hard to believe it has been a year since we closed on our first home! "J" has a year of teaching under her belt, I made it through another tax season and we welcomed our baby girl,"A", into the world! Things are going well for us and we certainly have not forgotten how grateful we are for all you did to help us get our home. Although we won't live here forever, we will have all sorts of memories tied to this home. We're making new memories everyday. Thank you so much for giving up your Mother's Day last year in order to house hunt with us. That sacrifice has given us a chance to enjoy our home everyday. It really means a lot to us. We had a wonderful experience with Heather! She never got tired of looking for or going to houses with us and we looked at a lot of them before we found the one. She went to bat for us without blinking an eye when we went to put our offer in and when we closed. We would use her again in a heartbeat. She is very honest is her opinions and has some wonderful ideas.
She always made herself available for any questions or concerns. She drove me to my closing when the weather was bad and the roads were bad. She handled any situation that arose when there were problems.
I have been looking for a home for a long time, a home i can afford being a single mother of two. I started with another realtor and somehow ended up with Heather (I couldn't be happier). She would send me affordable homes as soon as she got them and we would go take a look. If she didn't think that I would be able to get a loan based on the condition of the home, she would tell me. She stuck by when I would want to give up (its been about 2 yrs since I found Heather and sometimes it seemed as if I would not find anything). We found a home that will be perfect for my little family, now we are just waiting for it to close. I would and have recommended Heather to anyone that I know is looking!
Heather is a wonderful realtor!! She happily took on our listing. Best of all, she kept us up to date regularly and gave us quick updates when things happened with the selling of our listing. She was. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. We couldn't have asked for more!
She goes above and beyond to make sure you find that perfect house. She explains every process involved and makes sure you are comfortable with it. She drove many hours to meet us and worked around our child's naptime. During the negotiations she was prompt and even drove an hour just for signatures. She is a great person and is a friend!!She will bend over backwards to help you find a new home. She couldn't be more prompt, and she makes things happen quickly. We probably wouldn't be living in the home that we do if it wasn't for Heather.
Heather has gone above and beyond to help us with the purchasing of our home! I'm not really sure how we would have done it without her. She was very helpful and kept us up to date on what was going on throughout the whole process.
